On Feb.. 15 safecart refunded my account $29.97. My account is showing a zero balance. I have checked my checking account for a refund it's not there. MY papal account doesn't show it being used on any of my recent transactions.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
