new system

I understand the way the new system works, I have never sold anything yet. I was researching to see how it works, I have some stuff I want to sell, but now I am afraid if the person sends bad feedback, I will be out my product and my money.... is that how it works in the end?

not sure either i was wondering the same thing because they have my money on hold and i mailed out my product to the buyer already
