how do I get my money?

I was paid through pay pal for an item and it shows the transaction was completed but does not show the money in my balance.

Same thing is happening to me. And I am so worried because I asked the reason without any answer. So stranhe, uh ?

I got the same thing. eBay shows the buyer paid and that it's being processed by PayPal. However, nothing shows in my  PayPal. I think this happens when the buyer has his PayPal payment coming from a bank account. It takes a few days to process. I believe if the buyer had his PayPal payment coming from a credit card, the transaction would show in my PayPal instantly.

My situation is very different. Seller already got the money back 4 days ago and payment was pending up to June 8th.

Paypal says the money was sent back on my credit card  but my card doesnt show that.

I asked Paypal why that is happening but any answer fro these guys.....

That is why I am worried about my money.

It takes about 5 days to show back on the card.

Also the cc company doesn't have to post/show the credit until the end of the billing month.

5 days to appear on my card + 4 days pending payment back = 9 days !!!!

This is a robbery, dont you think ???

I had the same problem. Ebay said my buyer,s payment was initiated and was being processed through paypal. This "processing" was taking days. I finally realized that paypal was sending notification of payment to an old email address which I had removed from my paypal account. The only way to claim my payment was to add the old email back to my paypal account. Problem is that notifications are still being sent to the old email even though it is not my primary email. This only happens when receiving payments, not when making them. hope paypal fixes the problem soon.

You need to log into your paypal account and change your e-mail preference

My experience says that it needed at least 7 days from the beginning to end to have the money on my account.
