Hi--I am an ebay seller who had to issue a refund, as my item i was selling mysteriously dissappeared (prob husband !!) when I had it out for the sale. I emailed the buyer thru ebay messaging, and sent refund through paypal, but don't understand the "net" and "gross" amts, seems like buyer is not getting back full amount that she sent me due to fees. Any input would be appreciated, thank you! (ex.-pd 24.99 + 37.15 shipping (in germany) for total of 62.14, fees of $2+ taken out, then refunded but it appears she is only getting back $59.74) Thank you
