i recently confirmed my email address for paypal and it said i should have recieved money on the 18th of october but there is no money in my account?

I am getting fed p trying to contact someone at Paypal to find a refund sent to my account in JUNE.  I am paying interest on this on my credit card as I expected it to go back in.

Where is my money?

Welcome to the forums!

Very often, money comes in and then a subsequent payment is made, using that money. It can be confusing and leave you thinking that you never received the funds.

The best way to search for missing money is to go to your History page, and set the search date back to before where the activity was supposed to have happened, and then search. The change your view to "All activity (with balance)" and review the activity line by line, like a checkbook register. That way, you'll be able to see money come in and money go out, and the effect of each transaction on your balance.
