clearing date on e-check

I have a customer from Canada who isent a  payment by e-check on Nov 1st.  I am showing that it should clear sometime between Nov 9th - 12th.  The customer sent a message to me that was from paypal showing it should clear by Nov 4th.  She is becoming a little discontented I think,  but I have not received notification from paypal that it cleared.    It still show pending.  I have tried to call paypal but the canned questions do not coincide with my question.  Any one have any ideas on how to handle a situation like this.  TIA

Hi Stormy,

There's not much you can do except to suggest, as politely as possible, that your buyer login to their PayPal account to see that the echeck payment is still uncleared.
