I have sold an item on ebay and the costumer payed with a credit card but when i log into my paypal it does not show any transactions. How do i recieve that payment? Thanks.
One problem could be the email address. It's possible to have two different email addresses. You can have one that is associated with your eBay Account and a totally different email address associated with your PayPal Account. If this is your situation, then all you need to do is add the email address associated with your eBay Account to your PayPal Account. After you verify the email address, the funds should appear in your PayPal Account.
