I have a customer from Canada who isent a payment by e-check on Nov 1st. I am showing that it should clear sometime between Nov 9th - 12th. The customer sent a message to me that was from paypal showing it should clear by Nov 4th. She is becoming a little discontented I think, but I have not received notification from paypal that it cleared. It still show pending. I have tried to call paypal but the canned questions do not coincide with my question. Any one have any ideas on how to handle a situation like this. TIA
