Unusually long delay in receipt of e-checks

A transaction was made on 7/21 by e-check. I find it highly irregular and unsatisfactory that it takes PayPal 5 business days to get the money to me.  They have the use of these funds and interest and I do not have access to them.

PayPal needs to work HARDER to improve its e-check processing so that funds are in the clients account with 24 hours.

Paypal has become an interent bank, they are drawing interest on your money.  I called this morning, I am calling legal counsel Monday.

Nonsense - you don't even know what an echeck is or how it's processed.

It's no different than if you wrote a paper check.
