Unauthorized email address shows during payment process.

I'm not sure where to post this, but...

 

Please help me understand this.  I have a Business paypal account .  When a customer wants to pay for her order, instead of redirect her to this page..

It redirects her to this page. And the email address ejuris@hotmail.com is NOT my email address.  I have no idea whose it belongs to.  What is going on here please help me understand this.
