I was paid a total of 41.00 dollars after I sold an item on ebay. I know ebay takes a percentage so after that I made 39.51. BUt my PayPal bank account only showed 23.95. I had no negative account balance. I would like to know why I am not receiving my full amount!! I've sold multiple things on ebay before and never had this problem.
