Shipment Tracking Number Needed to recieve a payment?

I got and email from <removed> that is telling me that I need to supply a package tracking number in order to receive a balance of $1,760.00. However, I was told from the buyer that he would pay the shipping costs, so this is a contradiction. I cant get the money until the item is shipped, but I can't ship the item until I get the money. The shipping is from Phoenix Arizona, being sent to Nigeria. The person who wants the product wanted it by priority mail via USPS. Which comes to a total of $560.00 So yes, he included that into the $1,200.00 that he originally owed me for 57 pairs of Converse Shoes. But How can I send it now? How do I even know that the email I receieved is Legit? What should I do?

Zachery-  That email is 100% fraudulent and in no way connected to PayPal.  You can forward it to spoof@paypal.com if you'd like further confirmation, but I guarantee that's not legitimate.  If you've to sent your items to Nigeria in hopes of getting any money, you're gonna wanna contact your shipper ASAP and get them to stop that because there will be no money forthcoming.  I'm sorry that someone is trying to take advantage of you using our name, but I truly hope that you don't lose your items.
