I am selling an item on Craigslist. The buyer asked if I would be willing to take paypal and ship the item. (no extra excuses). I asked for $10 for shipping. Not a problem. I sent pictures via e-mail of details of the item prior to the purchase. It all seems very legit.
She asked who I should pay, so I gave her my e-mail address. Funds arrived quickly in full and appear released by paypal as of this moment.
Only problem, she did not list an address to mail the item to via paypal. (or in her e-mail for that matter). I have asked her to enter her address into paypal so that I can do the mailing label. I want all the protection I can get as a seller.
Have I done anything wrong here? I will of course get signature upon receipt. I do this with anything of value. I just am scared that if I happen to be dealing with a scammer, that the money could be taken away from me.

I'm having the same problem...they say the money is in my paypal account..but it is not
there, and in an email from paypay (or so it says) they want a tracking number before they will release the money.
So, I'm waiting to see the money before I ship...which you didn't do...right??
