The prepaid credit card I added to my account that has NO money on it.

So I can't print the shipping label, which means I can't ship the item. So that means I can't get my positive feedback, and that I can't get my money out...?

What the heck am I suppose to do? =(

No, he doesn't - he just files a non-receipt claim and your account is frozen.  You get a neg, a black mark on your sellers account and your ebay career is over.
