Good day,
Unfortunately I'm not able to receive payments through my PayPal business account as my country is not listed due to whatever financial arrangements that have not been made.
I am desperately in need of being able to receive payments from my clients however, and am wondering, Can I change my address to suit that of my US mailing address?
Will I then be able to receive payments and wire funds directly from PayPal to my local bank account in the Netherlands Antilles?
