Hello everyone,
I am new to Paypal. My location is registered in Saudi Arabia where I used to work. I am originally from the Philippines coming back & forth home for series of vacation in a year. I just found out that my paypal account in Saudi Arabia has limitations, it can only send money, no receive money facility. Now I am encountering problems since I am expecting a funds be transmitted to my paypal account in Saudi Arabia. Can anyone help me what must I do?
I was planning of anyone, a relative actually opening a new account in Philippines location? But my concern would be, can i open & eventually make transaction to that account even if I am here in Saudi Arabia?
