Need To know how many DSR's do you need to remove payment holds

 I am new on ebay been doing it for maybe a month or 2 but my payments have been held in my account and while i was reading ways to lift this is said improve your DSR's how many do you have to have before the payment holds don't effect you and you get your money instantly.

In some cases it's 100 positive feedbacks, in others, it doesn't matter how many of your feedbacks you get, the holds will always be applied.

And you can't "remove" DSR's.
