So I've set up my account and the buyer has set up their account. The money was sent to me through paypal from the buyer and the money is still not in my paypal account. How long is this process supposed to take?
I checked on ebay and the payment box has an hour glass and said payment was initiated on 11-2-11 and is being processed through paypal. So when I checked ebay through my phone app it says payment pending.
The buyer said on their end it says the "payment shows pending even though I've made the payment"
Do I have to ship the item before I recieve payment for the item? That seems weird.
Ok. I had just read somewhere paypal had changed their policy.
So how long should it take before payment is in my account? It's been two days since auction end and I thought it would at least show payment pending, in my paypal account.
Should I be concerned that this user has 0 feedback? I need this money ASAP and don't know what else to do?
All payments made from one person to another will show a transaction in both accounts. Some payments such as e-checks take longer to clear- it acts exactly like writing someone a check there is possibility of bouncing.
Also paypal now holds funds up to 21 days to verify the transaction has been completed paid shipped and delivered. Read there policy pages. GL.
