I have already linked my PayPal account to a bank account and now it wants a debit card but won't accept the greendot card. It is the only one I have, and I do not have a credit card. What do I do to have the limit lifted? I feel that linking to the bank account should be enough.
I am a freelance writer for demand studios and am only able to be paid through PayPal. I need to be able to access my money to pay the bills.
