How Do I Get My Money?

I was supposed to receive two payments from 2 ebay auctions. My email said i had to claim my money, but to do it, i had to log into my secondary email which wasnt confirmed because i had forgotten the password and hadnt gotten around to deleting it. Once i deleted it, the option to receive those payments dissappeared, and i cant find away to receive those payments anymore. Does anyone know a solution to this?
