From time to time, my mother makes a deposit to my pay pal account because I purchased a life insurance on her and when she can, she likes to make the premium. However, last month, when she attempted to make a deposit to my paypal account, she received a message that I want payments made to my website. I'm not a business owner and do not have a website. Why is she receiving this message? (She gave up last month and tried again this month receiving the same message.)
