Have received e-mail notification of payments, but they are not showing in my account?

I have verified my bank account and e-mail addresses, so I don't understand why I am not seeing payments.  Do I have to do some type of special set-up to receive payments?

It's quite possible that the emails are fake and you're being scammed.

Can you copy and paste the email you received here, removing any email addresses?

Don't ship the parcel just yet, btw.
