Purchased an item using PayPal charged to my credit card. Item out of stock. Two months later I cancel order and receive a refund minus PayPal fees. What gives with charging me fees?
Three days later a retailer "refunds" me money meant for someone else. I use refund to send the money back to him and now my account has a deficit of $.30 through no fault of my own. What am I doing wrong?
