Exit survey for my customers?

Hi there!

I run a business on Etsy.com and was wondering if there is an option to put up some sort of survey on the paypal page for my customers when/after they have checked out.  I made a payment the other day to someone and they had a one question survey "how did you hear about us"...how do I get this and/or other questions onto my paypal page?

If this other person is a large seller, they may use services like ChannelAdvisor and such that allow such surveys and offers.

I don't think paypal does it, though it wouldn't be a bad idea.

If you just have the one question, you can go to:

Account > Profile > Custom pages > Options

Then you should be able to see a place to put in a drop down survey with one question.  The only problem is that I believe the only way to see the answer is to go one-by-one into the trasnactions, scroll to the bottom, and look at the results.  I haven't figured out how/if Paypal compiles the answers in one place for you.
