I am sot sure how to fix this, but I am curious how you tested it. Do you just go through the checkout and not hit pay? If you hit pay, will paypal take a percentage? I also set up a survey question for the same purpose and haven't gotten any responses. I am not sure if it's an issue that the survey isn't showing up or if it's an issue of getting the answers.
