I sold an item on Ebay and the buyer paid via PayPal. Ebay shows the buyer paid via PayPal, but I did not receive email notification of funds receipt from PayPal and no funds show on my PayPal account. I have checked my email address on both sites and the address is correct. Could someone explain what is going on and how to correct it? Thanks for your help in advance.
