Customer Payment Dispute

I have a customer that says she was charged twice for a transaction.  Needless to say, her payment only shows up once in my account.  I gave her PayPal's number to have the matter settled, yet it hasn't.  I'm not sure what to do at this point.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
