webhook not working for sandbox account

Hi, I have created webhook for my sandbox account successfully,but I could not get notified if any event happens ,for example if an invoice has created,paid ,sent (i have created webhook for invoice created,paid,sent), I did not get any response.I have tried with webhook simulator also but i could not get any event .

I have tried with webhook.site and ngrok  to test webhook, in both i could not get response.

Please anyone help to sort it out.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

 

To resolve this issue and to receive Webhook Events from all PayPal product services, please follow the below steps via your developer portal. 

 

My apps & credentials >> Select the respective App name >> Go to "SANDBOX WEBHOOKS" section >> Click "Edit Webhook" hyperlink >> toggle "All events" to receive all event notifications >> Save.

 

If you still facing the issue, please create a MTS ticket via -   https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with detailed error information.

Thanks for giving response.


I am not asking how to create "All events" response from webhook.

I am saying that event is not triggered when creation,updation or deletion happens in sandbox account,

for example, i have created webhook for "All events", when I create invoice ,it is not triggered through webhook.Also,when I create webhook for invoicing,event is not triggered in this case also.This is just an example.

What's my issue is that ,webhook is not triggering events,
Is there is a issue in sandbox or any other things I have missed to do in creating webhook?

Same problem for me. I buyed two subscriptions by using checkout button, but only one event "PAYMENT.SALE.COMPETED" arrives with a significant delay (more than 12 hours).
It's practically impossible to test webhook events in such a way.
