I want to integrate PAGALO payment for payments on my plugin 
and I am unable to access this site where I can get the APIs

Hi Hemant,

Please correct me if I am wrong but isn't that page unrelated to PayPal?
For one its in spanish and for the other, none of our domains.
You will have to check with the maker and their support.
