Website PayPal integration with JotForm stopped working

Our website has a couple of online payment forms created with JotForm and integrated with PayPal. They were working fine as we tested them when published in a "test" folder on our website so we could make sure they were set up right before moving them to the main site and putting them in the menu for members to use.

 

We just moved these pages to the main part of the site tonight — moving them out of the "test" folder — and now the payment integration doesn't work.  You can fill out the form, click to go through the PayPal process, but when you are returned to the website form page to hit "Submit," you get and error message like this:

 

Payment Error: Error: Api: / smart/api/order/5SB41751Y4939710V returned ack: permission_denied (Corr ID: 9cf8edfa429b6)

 

This must be related to changing the URLs on the form pages ... but I CANNOT figure out where to go to change that setting.

 

(To test, I copied one of the payment pages and published the page back in the "test" folder, and it works like it did before.)

 

Anyone have an answer?  I am submitting this to REST APIs board, but am not sure. This is a PayPal Business account.
