Webhook event is not firing if the cancellation is initiated by the merchant

I've noticed that the subscription cancellation webhook not firing if it is initiated by the merchant. The last time I saw it's working is on 10/14/2024. 

If the cancellation is initiated by the subscriber, the webhook is working fine.

Does anyone else have the same issue?

Paypal support, could you please fix the issue?

I'm having a similar issue, I'm receiving only the events:

CHECKOUT.ORDER.APPROVED and 
PAYMENT.AUTHORIZATION.CREATED

When I accept the capture, void or refund it on the panel, there is no more events.
