Vault error

Hello.

We are experiencing an issue on vaulting our customer accounts in Live mode.

The API returns the following error: NOT_ENABLED_TO_VAULT_PAYMENT_SOURCE The API caller or the merchant on whose behalf the API call is initiated is not allowed to vault the given source. Please contact PayPal customer support for assistance.

 

Please assist.

NOT_ENABLED_TO_VAULT_PAYMENT_SOURCE : The API caller or the merchant on whose behalf the API call is initiated is not allowed to vault the given source. Please contact PayPal customer support for assistance. Authorization failed due to insufficient permissions.

For LIVE integration, I would suggest to please contact our PayPal Customer service via link - https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you regarding the request.

 

They will be able to assist you further as they are specially trained to address this type of account inquiry.

Hey , we also contacted on the same link but  the solution they provided wasn't useful for us . can you please provide your solution or guide us how you solved the issue .
