Subscribers are not billed

Hello and Happy New Year!

 

I have a monthly subscription plan with infinite cycles ([total_cycles] => 0):

 [total_cycles] => 0

 

One of my subscribers has not been billed and I don't understand why. Here are the API results for his subscription ID. It seems there are not payment errors ([failed_payments_count] => 0) but the next payment schedule is in the past ([next_billing_time] => 2020-12-30T10:00:00Z). How is this possible?
