Programmatically Revoking App Access On Behalf of Users

I know there is a way for users to delete an app from "Account Settings", however is there an API endpoint to revoke access on behalf of users who are connected to my app?

Hi @ACLayer 

We don't actually have an API for that scenario. In this case, removing permissions is only something that the "giver" of permissions can do.
