Hi I'm trying to implement the subscription of the paypal. But always getting 

We’re sorry
Things don’t appear to be working at the moment.
 
Also this error code after confirm the test credit card genericError?code=UkVUUlk%3D in paypal popup formScreenshot_1.pngScreenshot_2.png this error code. Don't understand please help.
