PayPal invoices that erroneously have Chinese headers

Clients in the US and Canada are complaining about receiving invoices from me that have Chinese headers (traditional characters). The browser I use to send them is not set up for Chinese.  Where is the problem?

Can you post a screenshot of what the users are seeing? Seems a bit odd, but could be related to the clients browser settings.
