No Webhook recieved (Sandbox)

Dear Community,
I implemented the REST-Webhook regarding the documentation and also tested it with the Webhook Simulator but when I do a payment i don't get a request from PayPal to that URL

The reason the thread is closed is because the original poster posting 2 threads with the same subject, you are only allowed 1 per personal subject.

Check the original posters other thread and see if there is more info on that.

I'm not seeing any solutions? Just locked posts....  I'm also having the same issue. I don't understand why it's so difficult to find a solution to PayPal issues.

I found the duplicate question, but there were no replies on that thread.

Has anyone been able to figure this out? I can get webhook events to send when using the "Webhook Simulator", but not when logging in to the sandbox as the test user and taking some actions.
