My screen goes blank when trying to create a live app.

Trying to create an app for the keys I need to connect it to my payment processor on my website. Problem is, when I click create app, the entire screen goes white and nothing shows up.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please make sure your LIVE PayPal Business account is verified and confirmed without any account limitations. 

Once the above steps is done, please try via different web browsers and If your still facing the issue, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with detailed error information.
