I have a problem because the onBoarding works in Sandbox mode but not in the production.
I have a partner account at paypal-partnerprogram.com which is useless to me.
So I sent https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/partner-program/contact-us?ref=marketplace and I didn't get a reply at all.
No one from PP customer service can't help me 😞
Anyway, without adding "my app" to onBoarding program I can't use it, right?
I can not refer our customers but I can give them an option to connect to existing account only?
