Please follow the below steps to access LIVE NVP/SOAP API credentials(i.e. Username, Password & Signature).
Login to your PayPal account>> click "settings" icon >> Account settings >> Account access >> "API access" >> Manage API credentials.
(Or)
Login PayPal account >> Go to " https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiaccess" >> follow above steps.
