IPN and Personal account or custom text

Is it possible to use IPN with Personal account? I don't have a company and I can't register a business account.

If not, how can I create a Form which will have an EditBox where a user enters his nickname and if the payment is successful this nickname will be inserted in Mysql?

I forgot to say, I never worked with PHP before and I'm very dumb, so just want to say, that all PHP code is hard for me.
