Upon checking the reported error screenshots, we could see that reported page is not being generated by the PayPal system. It appears that the issue is originating from your internal website.
Third party develops their own modules/plugins.
I would suggest to please contact your website developer or the support of the third-party platform (eCommerce) who can be able to help you regarding eCommerce plugins/modules setup.
Note: I would suggest to please contact your website developer or the third-party eCommerce support. Please ensure that when making API calls in a LIVE environment, you are using the correct LIVE REST API Credentials(Client ID & Secret) while performing the below API calls. This is important when performing API calls and triggering your website's API requests in LIVE endpoints.
