Hi All,
Sometimes I am receiving "We couldn't process your recurring payment" emails and I would like get the same info using the API but every time I call to https://api-m.paypal.com/v1/billing/subscriptions/{ID} it returns "failed_payments_count: 0".
Is there a way to get this info using API?

Good day @cyberb,
Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.
I would like to suggest you try again by triggering a new API request.
Also, I recommend trying to use a different funding source this time.
If you are still experiencing issues, please create an MTS ticket via the following URL - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US . Please ensure that you provide detailed information and error details when submitting the ticket.
Sincerely,
Kavya

What do you mean by "different funding source this time"? I have active monthly subscriptions from my clients, sometimes I get these emails about failed payment attempts (I do not why, card expired or something else I can only guess). Few times when I asked my clients to check their PayPal subscription they even said they did not know was failing and had to cancel and create the subscription again. So I wanted to automate the notification process on my side by getting the same info using the api instead of email but I cloud never get similar info on api as it always retilurns 0 on this field.
