Example a credit card transaction with Visual Basic for Applications (Excel, Access and etc.)

I am trying to develop vba software to send payments to PayPal using a credit card.
Unfortunately, I cannot find examples on the Internet, or at least the address to which I must send the authorization token, card details (I already know how to receive it) and the amount of the payment.
