I don't have a cacert.pem on my website. Just now, I think it is because of this missing file, after CURL Paypal communication at the backend, it refused to have the data from paypal transferred into the database. I contacted my website tech support and they suspected it was a Paypal API failure. I really do not know why this is happening today. Can you help?
