API time out

Hi,

I am using Magento 2.4.0 third-party shopping cart that has the PayPal payment processor built in.

I would like to request for steps to generate,

1) API User name

2) API Password

3) API signature.

I tried obtaining these from Magento however after I provide the paypal user name and password the paypal pop-up portal times-out.

Please help urgently as my website is unable to accept paypal payment due to this. Please help
