contact information not showing in after paying through depit card using smart button

Dear Team, I have store in shopify and i added paypal smart button to accept debit and credit cards and i did test payment using my personsl depit card to check if it is working or not. I notice that it is working fine and the amount deducted but only billing address showing in paypal email and dashboard, the contact information not showing (mobile and email). This informations are very important for me (especially the mobile number) so i can deliver the shipment to customer. Also as you know this payment cant be tracked by shopify so i have to add the order manual and i need this info also to add it in the order. Please suggest what is the solution, need your assistance please. Regards.
