J'ai un souci : lorsque j'essaye de transférer mon argent d'Upwork à Paypal, la transaction est manifestement rejeté par Paypal, pour une raison inconnue. Mon compte Paypal est valide avec une Carte Visa à mon nom, et est opérationnel depuis plusieurs mois maintenant. J'ai à plusieurs reprises transféré mon argent d'Upwork à Paypal par le passé et tout s'est bien passé jusqu'à cette fois. J'ai contacté le service client d'Upwork qui m'ont dit que la transaction a été rejeté par Paypal et que je devais vous contacter d'abord. Voici le mail que le support client m'a envoyé :
"Hello Islem,
I hope you are doing well today, my name is Ann and It was escalated to us that you need help with your PayPal transaction.
We checked the records and we see that our Payment Processing Team was able to process this Transaction successfully and sent this to Paypal on time. However, I also see that it was returned or rejected by PayPal from their end.
As this was done by the receiver, you will need to contact Paypal to ask why they reject it. If you need some sort of receipt to prove that it was done from our side successfully, I can ask our Payment Processing team to send us but there is no guarantee if its still available. There are times though when it cannot be available due to various reasons also ( example: could be due to the type of transaction. Some transactions doesn't simply produce a receipt, so we cant also send receipt if thats the case. )
Let me know if you have contacted PayPal about this and how you wish us to proceed ( ie: you need me to proceed asking if a receipt is available etc )"
Que se passe t-il ? C'est quoi le problème ? Pourquoi m'empêcher de transférer mon argent alors que tout est en règle ? C'est mon argent, mon compte Upwork, mon compte paypal, ma carte visa. J'ai besoin de transéférer cet argent au plus vite sur ma carte Visa, pour vivre, tout simplement, c'est ma seule source d'argent. Merci de trouver une solution, et de me dire comment je dois procéder,
