refund shipping cost

hello everyone, where exactly is located the link to ask the refund of the shipping cost?( i sent back the item to the seller because I received it broken)

I ve checked in the item details but there isn t

You have to register for it. Click "Offers" in the top menu after you log on to your account and scroll around until you see "PayPal's Return Shipping on Us" and click it.
