Paypal's annoying automated security (confirmed by their own representative) has been rejecting my mastercard debit card for so long I can't remember when it wasn't having the card linking declined error. They keep telling me to wait, but I'm not even sure what's tripping their security anyway. The card has my local and dollar balance contained within, and I wanted to use the dollar account specificially for eBay. I actually managed to get it to link with Paypal just once last week until it just outright refused to pay up. I have a Visa card that I use for regular ebay transactions on my local eBay, but I obviously don't want to be incurring unnecessary conversion charges when I don't even have to. Their system is frustrating me to no end, and I honestly wish eBay would transition off Paypal much faster than this.
